Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Pure Style Dashboard app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by PRODUCTIVITY KICK LTD (collectively, the “Application”). PRODUCTIVITY KICK LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information obtained and its use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. With an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity; it is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion by emailing kieritmore@gmail.com.
Data Retention
Data created inside the Application, including saved styles, presets, favourites, history and statistics, is retained locally on your device until you remove it using the Application’s controls, clear the Application’s storage, or uninstall the Application. Information voluntarily sent to the Service Provider is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect legitimate interests.
Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored Application data at any time through the available reset or clear-data controls, through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application. To request deletion of information you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, email kieritmore@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by someone under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure risk is minimal. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it holds.
Data breach notification
If a breach involves information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be presented with an updated effective date and consent will be requested where required by law. Previous versions may be requested by contacting kieritmore@gmail.com.
Your consent
Where processing of voluntarily supplied information is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.
